Characterization of fat oils

through their calorimetric spectrum

Abstract

                The Argania spinosa (L. Skeels) is an endemic tree of the South-west Morocco. It gives a fruit that contains a seed oleaginous. This work demonstrated a rapid method to insure the quality of this oil. This based on thermal physical properties of triglycerides. We have studied different percentages of the mixture of sunflower oil in the Argan oil. Results show that this method led us to detect until a 5 % percentage of sunflower oil mixed in the Argan oil.
