Abstract

In this paper, we study the decentralized stabilization problem of linear and time-invariant large-scale interconnected systems. The overall system can always be stabilized by local state feedback which is optimal for a quadratic performance index. Our main result is the sufficient condition for the decentralized stabilization without any assumption of system structure.
