The Fragmentation Process of Multicharged C60

Abstract

    Collisions between multicharged ions and C60 cluster can product cold multicharged fullerene ions  having a low internal energy and a large stability. The measures by coincidences technique between all the product fragments conduct to a best understanding of the stability and the dissociation of recoil ions . In Ne10+ + C60 collision we have studied the effect of the projectile exit charge and with Xe8+ + C60 we have studied the effect of the critical charge on the fragmentation ways.
