Abstract

     An Ultra Wide Band (UWB) bandpass [3.1-10.6 GHz] filter is proposed and implemented in lumped components technology. It was fabricated on GaAs MMIC (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit) technology. On-wafer frequency measurement results have been verified compared with simulation. An impact on a UWB Gaussian pulse propagating through this filter is estimated in time domain.
